StarBord: The First Front is the first game in a trilogy of games I am going to create. StarBord: The First Front has come a long way since I started it in July of 2006. It plans to have about 12 stages, or around that much.

Here's the current official game description:

The year is 2456. Earth has been accepted into the Galactic Republic. Many mercenary teams arise for the never ending conflict among the worlds in which creatures of every kind inhabit. StarBord, a mercenary team from Earth, is one of them. They have allegiance to Earth, where Primero Renvar rules the now mostly empty planet mining planet. Earth is devoid of life because of brutal and violent wars from centuries before. It is a key factor to the Galactic Republic, supplying many minerals to the worlds. General Vulcan of The 'Sunara'(Sue-nar-uh) Solar System, the sister system to Earth's solar system, 'Sunaro'(Sue-nar-oh), has became a separatist from the Republic and plans to collapse it and make it his own. He has the alien race Shinsta behind him from Sunara, because he is a military hero of great proportions. They have developed a prototype of the most lethal weapon known to anything and everything... A space/time rift engine, codenamed Magno. They can't have anyone stand in their way of the galactic plans, so they begin their conquest by bringing down Sunaro's leader, Primero Renvar. StarBord just happens to see the capture of Renvar over Earth as mercenary break. The 6th sense of StarBord detects money involved for rescue, but they soon realize the galaxy is at stake.

Using the Primero's Broadcast code, Vulcan broadcasts a message to all mercenaries within Sunaro with an order to go to Sunara for re-assignment. Vulcan does not want anyone in his way, and all Sunaro mercenaries will be doomed to die if he has his way. Given the new circumstances and Sunaro's last hope at Kuniper Military Base, you give chase after Vulcan, hindering him and gaining allies along the way.
